Cellular buffers are stop buffers made from a polyurethane elastomer. All our cellular bumpers are – Made in Germany – and we offer all cellular bumpers in the color anthracite. The density of all buffers is 450 kg/m³ (RG450).

We offer cellular buffers with internal and external threads, as well as square base plates. Up to a buffer diameter of 200 mm, the base plate is optionally made of plastic or aluminum. Larger buffers (from 250 mm diameter) have a steel base plate. All buffers with a base plate are cylindrical and have studs on the buffer. Depending on the size, they can also have one or more compression set grooves. Smaller buffers are also available without compression set grooves.

Cellular buffers with threads that are the same height as their diameter (ratio 1:1) are conical, without knobs and without compression set grooves. If the height differs from the diameter (ratio 1:0.5 or 1:1.5), they are again cylindrical, with dimples and, depending on the size, with compression set grooves (see cellular bumpers with base plate).
